Congregation Tikvoh Chadoshoh

Congregation Tikvoh Chadoshoh is a congregation of 180 families located on the Bloomfield/West Hartford (Connecticut) town line. We are egalitarian, comfortable with traditional davening yet have a commitment to exploring new ways of enlivening our tradition and synagogue life. Shabbat evening service is at 7:00 PM, Shabbat morning 9:00 AM, and evening minyan Sunday through Thursday at 7:30 PM.

Tikvoh prides itself on its warm, "hamish" feeling, a benefit of belonging to a small congregation. It is truly a place where "everyone knows your name." Lay members of the congregation participate in and share leading all services. New members are encouraged to be involved in all areas of synagogue life.
