Welcome to Tikvoh !
Congregation Tikvoh Chadoshoh is a congregation of 180 families located on the Bloomfield/West Hartford (Connecticut) town line. We are egalitarian, comfortable with traditional davening yet have a commitment to exploring new ways of enlivening our tradition and synagogue life. Shabbat evening service is at 7:00 PM except the Third Friday of the month when it is at 6:00 PM. Shabbat morning service begins at 9:30 AM, and evening minyan is Sunday throughThursday at 7:30 PM.
Tikvoh has a brilliant and innovative Religious School which offers families much-needed flexibility, high expectations and opportunity for success.
Our community is a place where every single member counts, a place where your participation makes an impact. All areas of synagogue life are open to you, including learning to lead prayer, read Torah and Haftarah.
